Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Essex Care Consortium to recruit Support Workers for their residential care services in Fordham.
Due to the occupational requirements for this position, Essex Care Consortium can only consider applications from female candidates. There are both full time and part time hours available, shift times can be discussed at interview stage.
The shift patterns vary with full time hours and will require day, night and weekend working.
Salary Mon to Fri £10 per hour, Saturday, and Sunday £10.50 per hour.
Essex Care Consortium Fordham Ltd is a specialist-based resource, registered to provide living accommodation and care for 6 adults with learning disabilities. The home is based in Fordham, it's a large bungalow sited within a large garden with a heated swimming pool, patio and a BBQ area. Essex Care Consortium aims to maintain high standards of specialised care, creating a beautiful home in wonderful surroundings that offers individual care and encouragement to all their clients. The focus here is on self-help skills and activities, clients are encouraged to share in the everyday support of the house, gardens and allotment.

As part of employment should your role require a DBS check you will be required to register with the DBS update service. The DBS update service ensures all registered DBS certificates are kept up to date and allows authorised parties to view the status of your certificate.
