Essex County Council are currently looking for Care Co-Ordinator in Harlow to join an established external home care provider.
We are working with an established care provider who has more than 50 years’ experience providing the highest quality care service within peoples own homes. Everyone has loved ones and when we can't be there ourselves its vital to know that they are being looked after with the same care and attention that we would expect ourselves.
The service aims to improve the quality of life for physically/mentally disabled or ill service users, uphold the dignity of each individual and preserve their independence and utilise his/her own skills, whenever possible.
We are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator, to be based in Harlow on a full-time rota basis, to work alongside the coordinating team on the planning of staff rotas and service delivery.
The successful applicant must be willing to support the team, in the delivery of services, if required and assume On Call responsibility for the services, out of office hours, on a rolling rota. The ideal candidate would hold or are studying for NVQ L3 or the Diploma L3 in Social Care however this is not essential.
